Personally Identifying Information (PII)

If you register for a Belles Camp’s account, Belles Camp collects the following data: your email address, your physical contact information, your company information, and your phone number; information based on your activities on the Site; correspondence through the Site, and correspondence sent to Belles Camp’s; additional information Belles Camp may ask you to submit including, but not limited to, information to authenticate yourself, information to prove that you are able to enter into a legally binding contract, or information if Belles Camp believes you are violating its policies; and, other supplemental information from third parties. Belles Camp also collects data about how you use the Belles Camp’s Service, including, but not limited to, search data, call information, and other information that you access through the Service. Belles Camp sometimes collects your email address, for purposes such as sending confirmation emails, authenticating your accounts, and sending information about Belles Camp and its websites. Belles Camp sometimes collects your phone number for the purpose of contacting you regarding your account and the services Belles Camp. Opt In Email Address

If you have provided your personal email to receive communication with us, we follow email communication according to the CAN-SPAM Act compliance. Each email will have a visible unsubscribe button that will allow you to stop communication from us at any moment. We adhere to best practices for interest-based advertising (behavioral and contextual) and participate in industry opt-outs from such ads. All our emails include an opt-out link. If for any reason you receive an email after opting out, please contact us immediately so we can make sure you’re not getting unwanted emails.

Data Retention

We reserve the right to retain all data received indefinitely, including any PII that we have received from you. However, we can only guarantee access to such information for three business days after it is received. Client information will be retained as stated in our Terms of Use.

In the event Belles Camp, its successors, any of its subsidiaries, or services is acquired or purchased, everything mentioned in this paragraph will be included in said sale, purchase, or acquisition.

International Users

This website is not available to International Website Users. However if for any reason International visitors find themselves on this site they consent to all the terms of service and this privacy agreement. International users waive any and all remedies that they may have based on the laws of their country.
